By accessing or using Get Agents Kit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Get Agents Kit provides AI-powered autonomous software agents and SaaS tools for business automation, content generation, and revenue optimization. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to generate spam, malware, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through our payment processor (Paddle). Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials on the Service are owned by Get Agents Kit or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Agents Kit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
