Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

3. Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for the remaining period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@get-agents-kit.com with your account email and reason for the refund request.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method via our payment processor (Paddle).

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

• The account was used in violation of our Terms of Service
• The refund request is made more than 30 days after an annual payment
• Multiple refund requests have been made for the same account
