One-time purchases

If a product does not work for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

Subscriptions

Cancel at any time using the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further payments are taken. Your first payment can be refunded within 14 days. Later renewals are not refunded.

Reply to your receipt email or write to hello@get-agents-kit.com with the email address you used to buy.

Processing

Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
