Stop Copy-Pasting Deadlines: Automate Your Calendar with AI
Proactive Scheduler eliminates the manual work of adding deadlines to your calendar by detecting them in your emails and scheduling them automatically.
The Problem: Manual Calendar Entry Is Inefficient
For many professionals, email is where task assignments and deadlines arrive. When you receive messages with phrases like 'due Friday' or 'by EOD,' you currently need to manually transfer these deadlines to your calendar. This process can feel repetitive and interrupt your workflow.
The Solution: AI-Powered Deadline Detection
Proactive Scheduler is designed to automatically detect deadline phrases in your emails and propose calendar events. When it finds phrases like 'due Friday' in your Gmail or Outlook, it suggests adding a calendar block (defaulting to 30 minutes before the deadline) with a simple 'Add to Calendar?' prompt. One click confirms the event.
How Proactive Scheduler Works
The browser extension connects to your email and calendar systems (Gmail/Outlook and Google Calendar/Outlook Calendar). It scans incoming emails for deadline phrases, creates a proposed event with the email subject as the title, and shows a notification for confirmation. The process requires no manual copy-pasting or calendar navigation.
After a one-time OAuth setup, the extension runs in the background with an optional toggle to enable/disable automatic scheduling. The free version requires confirmation for each event, while the Pro version ($15/month) can skip confirmation for high-confidence detections.
